was

born in Fort Wayne,

IN and raised in

Memphis, TN. He grew up in church, with family, and music all around

him. He exposed his musical talent at the t

ender age of

four.

He is the son of

the late

Reverend Melvin L. White, a renowned singer

and minister in Indiana, and the exquisite Claudette White

of Memphis

,

TN. It was instantly apparent to his family that he was full of

extraordinary talent. Although

ang all of his life, at the age

of sixteen he became a believer and youth worship leader for Temple Of

Deliverance in Memphis,TN. Known for his melodious warm tone,

tenor/alto vocals, and vibrant personality, he has been cast in many

musical theater produc

tions and received awards for various roles in the

Mid

-

South

and Southern California Region

.

Through the avenues of music, film, and theater, Blake has been

blessed to share his talent on national television networks such as Fox

Network’s “American Idol”

Season 10 on which he placed in the top

100 , and Oxygen Network’s “The Glee Project” Season 1 in 2

012!

He

has also been spotted singing lead vocals in the nationally aired SENSA

commercials. He co

hosted a hit radio show entitled “ The Youth

w” on the Stellar Award winning radio station 1480 am

WBBP. He and his sister Jessica Grace White co
